Our 30-day promise
If you're not happy, you can return your item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
⚠️ Hygiene note (important for grooming products)
For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once a personal grooming device has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it's faulty — we're sure you understand.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us within the 2-year guarantee period and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. For damaged-on-arrival items, email us within 48 hours.
How to return
Email hello@dinkly.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
