Shipping Policy

FREE UK DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Standard delivery: 5–8 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
In rare cases (high-demand periods or customs delays): up to 15 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT
Dinkly ships from international suppliers. Your order may pass through customs, but no additional import duties or taxes will be charged to you for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
