30-Day Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dinkly purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email hello@dinkly.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Send the item(s) back unused, in their original packaging.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.

2-YEAR WARRANTY
All Dinkly products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails within this period due to a defect, we will replace it or provide a full refund — free of charge.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
